Welcome to Level Up Consultancy!<\/p>\n

My name is Laura and I am the name behind the business.<\/p>\n

Over a 23 year career, I have spent the most part working in Financial Services where I have worked in various areas of the industry from administrator through to my most recent role as part of a Senior Management Team.\u00a0In addition to this I have worked on a voluntary basis in the Third Sector for the past 6 years.<\/p>\n

My journey has crossed many paths which has allowed me to gain and develop skills in areas such as Policy Review and Design, Learning and Development, Process Development and Implementation, System Development, Complaint Handling, Recruitment and People Management\/HR tasks, including appraisals, development plans, disciplinary matters, etc. I have also worked as a Technician, as part of a Change Team, and a Board Trustee amongst other things.<\/p>\n

Throughout my life I have been passionate about helping others.\u00a0 I have a high level of integrity, I have chosen jobs with companies where I feel I align with their values and I always work to a high standard respecting other people views and keeping confidentiality in all aspects.<\/p>\n

After a change in direction career wise for me, I did a lot of pondering.\u00a0 I was offered another job which I took but also knew I wanted to do something that allowed me to work with others in a flexible manner, whilst providing a high level of quality support to companies and small business owners who are trying to grow their business, maximise their own time, or just have a bit too much work they can\u2019t quite get to.\u00a0\u00a0 And from there the decision to establish Level Up Consultancy was made.<\/p>\n

Why the Zebra in the logo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may have heard the phrase \u2018When you hear hoofbeats, think of horses\u2019.\u00a0 This phrase is used in medical scenarios to encourage medical practitioners to think of the obvious answer when presented with symptoms.\u00a0 However, hoofbeats come in many forms and just like hoofbeats, Level Up Consultancy is more than a one trick pony!<\/p>\n
